Kudos to the Sioux City Journal [ by Michael T] [News You Can Abuse]
April 22, 2012Iowa newspaper the Sioux City Journal did an honorable thing today and devoted its homepage to bullying in light of the death of another teen. You can read the editorial here. This time, the boy’s homosexuality seems to played a role but as the editors point out, bullying takes many forms and is not always related to sexual orientation. In light of the film Bully and other efforts, it’s time that our schools stopped this behavior once and for all.
