A None Too Subtle Shift

[ by Michael T] [Rantings & Ravings] October 02, 2007

Readers of this website may have noticed a none too subtle shift in what we’ve written about in the past year. As we have watched in horror at the ineffectiveness of Democrats to both get out their message and effectively prove countermeasure to the Bush Administration, we have come to the conclusion that our government has gone past incompetence straight to criminal negligence. As such, OutrageNation has begun to take a new direction, one where we are less than sympathetic to hapless Democrats even though at least 2 of us are registered in that party.

OK, NOW can we talk about partition?

[ by James Linkin] [Rantings & Ravings] June 06, 2007

A Simple Solution to the Tyranny of Spam

[ by Michael T] [Rantings & Ravings] December 07, 2006

I remember when spamming was a big topic of discussion. The government even weighed in, in its patently useless way. These days we don’t hear anything about how to solve it. Meanwhile, we slog through piles of it every day. So I have decided to reignite the debate. Simply put, we need the death penalty for spammers.

Remember the Latinos? [ by Michael T] [News You Can Abuse]

July 24, 2008

The GOP has been losing Latinos for years. It was thought that John McCain would have a better chance of staunching that loss due to his formerly moderate immigration stance. As it turns out, that is not the case at all.

Palin Express Derailed [ by Michael T] [News You Can Abuse]

July 22, 2008

The GOP has long been dominated by old white men so it was interesting when the future of the party suddently seemed to be centered on two dynamic newcomers - Gov Sarah Palin of Alaska and Gov Bobby Jindal of Louisiana. Unfortuntely for the GOP, the shine has come off the Palin wagon this week. That’s the last thing the party needs.

Foul on Bush [ by Michael T] [News You Can Abuse]

May 12, 2008

This is turning out to be a fascinating election - can Republicans beat Obama by painting him as the weak-kneed liberal elitist or will the American public finally say enough is enough and give the new guy a chance? Based on a poll out today, I’d say maybe the cliches will lose for once.
